| The 2012 TriLaVie Run Training Programs will target the following races and distances: • OC Marathon, Half Marathon & 5k • Cinco de Mayo Half Marathon, 10k, 5k • Laguna Hills Half Marathon, 10k, 5k • Long Beach Marathon, Half Marathon & 5k • Surf City Marathon & Half Marathon ![]() There are two exciting race series that combine certain races and offer special medals. 1. Beach Cities Challenge Series: OC, LB, SC races (Half & Full distances) 2. Marathon in May: Cinco de Mayo & Laguna Hills Half Marathons TriLaVie Run Program participants may choose from this menu of five (5) races in any combination to suit your needs and desires! These team races offer all distances for all levels of runners including 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon. This is a great season for increased challenge and fun as the year progresses. Choose your training program based on the number of weeks you want to train for your chosen race(s). Not sure what race you want yet? Start training and then decide! |
