Get back in touch with that feeling of freedom that comes with bike riding.  Cycling is a low-impact sport that allows you to explore a vast region in a fairly short time. After you invest in the equipment, riding is virtually free and utilizes (your) natural resources. Once you get back in the saddle, the hardest part is answering the question, “Where will we go today?”

Phenomenal cycling choices throughout Southern California await you from the paved bike paths along the beaches, river beds and mountains to the open-roads with an impressive network of bike lanes through some of the world’s most scenic areas. A whole new world opens to you when you learn to ride with skill and power.  You’ll feel like a kid again while you learn to ride with skill and power.

TriLaVie offers programs for the beginner-to-advanced rider to maximize your enjoyment and safety on your bike as you prepare for triathlons or cycling events. While our focus is on triathlon training, most of our team members participate in a wide array of cycling events and joy-rides from 15 – 100+ miles. Cycling world-wide is growing in popularity through tours abroad or through the stunning scenery of America. TriLaVie supports team events such as Century Rides in Palm Springs, Solvang, SoCal and the ever popular ride to San Diego to take the train back home!

Most TriLaVie Cycling Programs are focused on women-only including our clinics and specialty group training opportunities. Gentlemen who want to gain cycling skills are encouraged to contact our coaches for personal one-on-one sessions.


TriLaVie coaches use a variety of techniques to teach safe and strong riding.  From bike basics and handling to performance-based riding skills, we introduce cycling at the comfort level of the rider. Some days we’ll be in a parking lot doing skills and other days we’ll take a nice long ride together. Never ridden before?  We’ll stay on paved bike paths with no cars.  Ready to graduate to the road?  We provide group rides with leaders and helpers on appropriate routes to maximize comfort and safety.  TriLaVie coaches are certified through United States Triathlon of America (USAT) and United States of America Cycling (USAC).



TriLaVie bike programs are offered at various locations including multi-use paved trails along river beds, the beach and the mountains as well as around Orange County.  One of the best features of TriLaVie Bike Training is the variety of locations you’ll visit to enhance your cycling experience.  You will be surprised at incredible network of bike paths throughout Southern California.

TriLaVie offers programs to help you improve your cycling and are good for people at all levels of fitness.

Personal Coaching

  • One-on-One training with a coach who will work with you personally to develop or correct your form, technique, endurance and speed.  Basic bike review and handling is included as necessary.
  • Work on a stationary trainer with a power-meter as well as outdoor riding.
  • Training plans personalized to meet your goals of fitness, competition or a century ride event.
  • To schedule personal coaching, we invite you to tell us about yourself and your goals on our brief Athlete Questionnaire. Submit the form and a coach will contact you shortly to review your options.  We’d love to hear from you!


  • Clinics are offered on indoor spin bikes in classrooms, on stationary trainers with your own bike, or outdoors in various, safe locations.
  • Expert coaches and cycling support-specialists conduct clinics on a wide-range of topic such as bike basics, bike handling, riding with power, proper form on the bike and many more.
  • Clinics can be as brief as a couple of hours to as comprehensive as a couple of days.
  • TriLaVie Clinics are offered throughout the year.

Group Training

  • Coached group rides for all levels of cyclists with a variety of themes to support different goals.
  • Meet weekly in different locations depending upon skills and goals.
  • Train for a particular race together or just enjoy discovering new places to explore.
