Coached Pool Swims for Triathlon: Group Swim Training for Triathlon includes freestyle swim development in a group setting led by a professional triathlon and swim coach. Sessions will focus on building distance and endurance through longer sets at variable intensities. We accommodate athletes training for sprint - Ironman race distances.
Come join us in a recovery swim for those who raced this past weekend or we can work a swim set in for you... your choice! Tracy White will be coaching, so come get a few more "Golden Nuggets" to add to your swim performance. The weather is great for a nice pool swim and you can add a run beforehand if you would like.

Facility Usage: You are welcome to use the locker room facility with warm showers as well as the spa/hot tub near the pool. You can lounge on the outside deck area while the club is open. Please do NOT use the indoor meeting room. It is for Nellie Gail Ranch Members only.

NOTE: It will be a team-run based on time, not distance. The route will accommodate experienced, fast runners as well as newer walk-runners. Don’t be too intimidated with the 1.5 hour limit. There will be stops along the way to enjoy the view.
Running gear including water bottles (20-40 ounces)
Trail shoes are optional, but they will get a bit dirty
4-Part Open Water Swim Clinic: Coached clinics at the lake with a small group (max 6) on the basics of open water swimming as they relate to triathlon. Perfect for summer or fall racing preparation! Open to men and women.
