Courage is starting a new sport at 47. Joining TLV was the best decision I have ever made for myself. It literally changed my life.  I always dreamed of being an athlete, now I am a tri-athlete. I trust my coach and I love my teammates.  I am not one of the fastest but I am definitely one of the happiest.
