Runners and Walkers with adventurous spirits who can do 1-hour of walking and want to discover new trails each week. You appreciate the experience of group exploration. Men and women are welcome! Youth under 18 are welcome with an adult or guardian. No extra fee for a youth member, but they need to be supervised directly by YOU!
Saturdays from 7:00 – 9:00am
Feb. 15th – May 30th.
Each run will be 5-7 miles or 1-1.5 hours and the terrain will vary from packed earth to “billy-goat” climbs. Walkers will use time as their guide. Please plan for 2-hours as you will experience a challenging run paired with a few moments to enjoy the views.
Trail running or sturdy running shoes, Hydration device for 20 or more ounces of water (handheld, belt or camelback), Additional energy snacks ie: gels, bars, yummy blocks, layered clothing for variable temperatures, sunscreen.
Locations will vary on a weekly basis and may depend upon weather and rains. This list includes our goals and desires, but can be modified per Coach Linda for safety and quality.
