Focus on building distance and endurance through interval sets at variable intensities. We accommodate athletes training for sprint - Ironman race distances. Triathlon Team Group Brick: Pool Swim/Run: Group Swim offers coaching on the foundations of freestyle swimming as they relate to triathlon preparation with focus on long distance and endurance. Bring all your toys: Bouy, fins, snorkel (strap is highly recommended). Then you can run 40-80 mins on a partly dirt trail and paved path after the swim workout.
